Terms of service
1. General Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations between:

and
Buyer, who purchases through the online store
www.dopinglabs.com (hereinafter referred to as the “E-shop”).
These Terms are binding for all users of the E-shop.
2. Conclusion of the Contract
The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller, which is sent to the Buyer’s email address.
An order created through the E-shop constitutes a binding proposal to conclude a contract.
The contract is concluded in the English language and remotely, via electronic communication.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices listed in the E-shop are final and include VAT and all statutory fees.
Payment can be made via:
- online payment card,
- cash on delivery,
- cash upon personal collection.
Ownership of the goods passes to the Buyer only after full payment of the purchase price and receipt of the goods.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Goods are delivered via selected carriers or by personal collection.

5. Withdrawal from the Contract
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating a reason, in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

6. Complaints and Liability for Defects
The warranty period for goods is 24 months, unless otherwise stipulated by law.
The procedure for complaints and exercising rights arising from defects is specified in these Terms and Conditions.
7. User Account
The Buyer may create a user account in the E-shop.
The Buyer is obliged to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to protect their login credentials.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel the account, especially in cases of prolonged inactivity or violation of these Terms.
8. Personal Data Protection
Information on the processing of personal data is provided in a separate document, the Privacy Policy (GDPR), available on the E-shop website.
9. Alternative Dispute Resolution
The consumer has the right to contact the Seller with a request for remedy.
If dissatisfied with the handling, the consumer has the right to submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution pursuant to Act No. 391/2015 Coll.
10. Final Provisions
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms.
Changes do not apply to contracts already concluded.
These Terms and Conditions enter into force on April 21, 2026.
